2012 Schedule of Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes kicks off on February 18 - Book now!

Looking for a great cooking school that offers celebrity chefs (both local & interstate) whipping up wonderful culinary experiences?

Martin Duncan’s (Freestyle Dessert Cafes) gorgeous outdoor kitchen and cooking classes in Dulong (Sunshine Coast Hinterland) are the answer. The celebrity chef series was launched in 2009 and has since hosted many truly talented chefs, names such as Adriano Zumbo, Adam D’Sylva, Matther Kemp & Matt Wilkinson.

Freestyle’s intimate class sizes ensure the experience will provide each participant one-on-one time with the chef. The kitchen was specially designed for cooking classes and has a backdrop of the whole of the sunshine coast hinterland. It’s set amidst the rainforest and lovely birdsong is heard throughout the day. Naturally you always finish the class with a Gourmet lunch and possibly indulge in a vino or two.

All the classes include fresh ingredients used from their very own orchard, herb garden and vegetable garden.

2012 Schedule of Celebrity Chef Cooking Classes kicks off on February 18 with Tania Hubbard who specialises in Grain Free, Gluten Free cooking. To her it’s about good health and feeling well. It is not a fad diet or a radical way of eating, it is a pat tern of eating that easily fits with the design of your life. Tania will show you how simple this way of life can be. She’ll share fabulous recipes from her book. A delicious gourmet lunch is included.

The very next day Martin Boetz, the artisan behind the delectable flavours of the Longrain restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne is the special guest chef. He will show you how to “do Thai” his way.

Classes are held from 9.30am to 4.30pm. All classes have limited numbers to create an intimate, exclusive experience and include an unforgettable life experience, apron, lunch, vino, hands-on cooking class.
