Well its almost that time of year again to start planning for the biggest event of the year, New Years Eve! Lismore’s Tropical Fruits is back again with my favourite party of the year: a four day queer celebration in the lush Rainbow Region! The NYE Party and New Years Day Recovery Party will be held at the Lismore Showgrounds with on-site camping so you can be a part of the buzz for the whole event. There will be two massive dance spaces, to dance between on the night, featuring top Australian and International DJ’s.
 

With a huge concentration of artists in the region, you can get your culture on at the Art Show and Cabaret, showcasing work from all the talented folk from the aptly named Rainbow Region. Get some queer viewing in at the Queer Fruits Film Festival to be held at a new venue this year, the Lismore and District Workers Club.

After partying hard on NYE, head down to the exclusive Pool Party at the Lismore Baths, and strip down to something more delectable for a swim.
