The cheeky duo has reformed in 2011 to bring you an EP release that is self titled.

Brilliant! This latest instalment brings you ‘Stars In Her Eyes,’ ‘All I Want Is You,’ ‘Stars In Her Eyes Remix’ and ‘Will You Dance To This Song?’

In this reformation a new sound is also invented. No song in this set comes close to reminding you of ‘Theophilus Thistler’ but ironically for this editor this EP has him reminded of other hits.

Stars In Her Eyes weirdly might have you humming into ‘We Run The Night’ by Dj Havana Brown after hearing the male tenor, inviting, serenading chorus – lavished with a dub step backing (but this song is much better than Havana). Will You Dance To This Song? It will instantly have you thinking this song is a cover of ‘Boys And Girls’ by Blur which I suspect may have been intentional since the sound and lyrics are just way too similar.

Overall a great move by Sonicanimation since this album will very much be a reward for current fans as well as being likely to reel in a few more.
