Back again! Flamboyant dance act, Horse Meat Disco, are heading back to Oz! Helping bring the good times are friends Whiskey Tears, Super kid Youth (celebrating a coming out and coming up for his 21st birthday) alongside Jad And the Ladyboy, the kooky Wolfgang Djs and that’s just in the one room. Horse Meat Disco will be performing @ The Empire Hotel on March 12.

Club Phoenix has been at Brothers St Brendan’s for the past 12 years, but now they are striding boldly into the future. Dances will now be held at their New Venue - The West End Club, 2 Vulture Street, West End. The West End Club has dining facilities, menus will be linked on the Phoenix website soon. The new Club Phoenix launch is Saturday 6th March. Club Phoenix thanks the community for their support.

Justin Timberlake let out his inner drag queen at an event hosted by Harvard University’s Hasty Pudding comedy troupe. The singer was named Hasty Pudding’s Man of the Year. The award recognises an entertainer who has made a “lasting and impressive contribution to the world of entertainment.” Timberlake was presented with a bra, wig and pink high heels, which he graciously put on. “Funnily enough, every time I’ve hosted Saturday Night Live I’ve ended up in drag at least once. I love stuff like this.
