JAPAN: TOKYO OLYMPICS TO STRENGTHEN LGBT RIGHTS

While Japan remains a socially conservative party, LGBT people have been making huge progress in recent years and the formation of a group of politicians eager to present Japan in a favourable light on the international stage is welcome news.
