MEET THE MAN WALKING FROM TOOWOOMBA TO BRISBANE IN HIGH HEELS FOR LGBT CHARITY

Relive your inner love child this Thursday evening upstairs at the Wickham Hotel and dress up as your favourite 60s icon at a truly groovy event which will see all ticket sales donated to the gay & lesbian telephone counselling service GLWA.

Filled with all of the fashion, food, and tunes from the revolution era, the evening has been organised by the ‘small rights Big Changes Inc’ team and will double up as a party to celebrate the completion of straight ally Robbie Carroll’s mammoth effort of walking from Toowoomba to Brisbane in a pair of high heels all in the the name of charity.

IMG_2011Whether you want to come as Dusty Springfield or just chill with your friends to those sweet Sixties sounds, upstairs at the Wickham Hotel will be the most swinging place in town this Thursday evening 9 July, 8:00pm to 11:30pm.

Tickets to the event are $15 and are available either on the door or may be pre-purchased online by clicking here. 100% of the tickets sold will be donated to GLWA.
